You can't really read much into it. Probably just a load of people putting bets on due to the Villa tweet and the bookies have suspended betting to protect themselves from losing too much money. Tends to happen when loads of people bet on the same thing at decent odds all of a sudden.

The photos don't prove he's staying, but it does disprove the narrative that built up the last few days about how close it was. We've been seeing articles about how a release clause was triggered or Villa would accept City's bid, Grealish has told us he wants to go or handed in a transfer request, if all that was true, why would Villa want him back in? They'd let him come in to say his good-byes then probably let him travel up to Manchester to get his medical, why bother disrupting our plans by helping build the fitness of a player that we know will leave in the next couple of days. It could still happen obviously, but I think it's a sign that it's not as cut and dry as it's made out.

Not really got in to the Olympics this year but decided to watch today and it's been brilliant! It's been a great example of what makes the Olympics so great, I just love the way the athletes get so excited for each other despite being competitors.

Absolutely no way he's used the barronwaste comment about Jack doing an ESR as a way to explain why saying he signed a contract weeks ago was bollocks.

As good as he was before Covid, I genuinely thought he was going last summer because of how bad he was following the break, so he didn't really save us single handedly.

Mahrez got PFA and Fans, Vardy got FWA and Players awards. To say Mahrez won the league for Leicester is massively underplaying the roles the rest of the team had. Also if Jack hadn't got injured, I reckon he would've won player of the year this season.
