Given our current injuries and supsensions, let's have a quick poll on where we think we'll finish

This will close in FIVE days ie Prior to Leeds game

The biggest sign of improved fortunes at Villa is the very fact that you didn't feel compelled to put Relegation as an option - this would have been a very realistic option at the start of Dec!

may have been an option but that was on the front page about then. am hoping to see a comparison in feelings between two poll's. A mod might want to put it on there instead up to them really.

Went for 6th-9th. I have to admit when it comes to fickleness I'm right up there. When we lose like we did against ManU the relegation alarm bells start ringing, but when we beat Leicester 5-0 I start thinking Europe.

I suppose I should've taken the middle ground and gone for a mid table finish, but what the hey, I'm more optimistic with our new right winger.

With confidence, a creative winger and in form strikers we can easily secure a top 10 finish. Look at the teams around us - nothing to fear? As for top 4 I think Newcastle and Liverpool will still finish above us. Yes they are struggling but when they need to they can turn it around. Charlton I think will round out the top 6 and after that - who knows? I think 7th is possible. Anyway we should finish above the shite no problem :)

Considering everything that has happened last year and the depletion of the squad for this, those are amazing odds against us. I suppose in a way we should look at it as a compliment to the way the team has performed and to DOL.

just checked and Ladbrokes seem to be offering that 18/1 a 1/5 th odds for 4th in a proper race style therefore you get 18/5 on us finishing 5th OR 6th which isn't too bad

We (William Hill) are offering even better odds, 25/1 I think. And the each way odds are set at 25/3, but you only get 4th or 5th.

Free advertising, don't you just love it!
