A statement about what I don't know! I really hope that this is resolved sooner rather than later as I do replacing DOL. If Doug were (how I wish) to accept say Lerner's bid, does he have any legal obligation to listen to any of the other potential bids?? I think he has to make a statement to the stock exchange that the offer has been accepted, and make recommendations to other shareholders.
