AvfcRigo82 Posted February 9, 2019 Share Posted February 9, 2019 So a bout of equine flu cancels all Horse Racing in the UK until Wednesday but all racing in Ireland continues. It's been pretty severe so far from what I have been reading with a few stables registering some of their stable with cases of the virus. Donald McCain the lastest to confirm. Hopefully they combat it quick enough and it does not spill on for too long with the festival only 5 weeks away. The last time I remember something similar like this was the foot and mouth outbreak of 2001 that wiped out months of Horse Racing and the Festival.
