So you havent thought about who would like as manager, cannot offer up a viable alternative to the one who "according to one article in the press" is the favorite of the board who you is not your number one choice (is it even the boards?).
What we do not know is who has applied for the job, how many of the candidates are anywhere near suitable and out of those how many will actually accept the job once the terms of the position are put to them. I am sure if Moyes or Jose wanted the challenge they would probably been offered it by now.
I am sure that as people have already been attacking the board before they have appointed anyone, that there will be a lot of fans who are upset / angry with them when the announcement is made. I would suspect that there will have been a damn sight more thought and discussion put into our next appointment than went into "we have a lot of french players lets find a french manager" approach a la the Fantastic Mr Fox.
