    Diego Carlos played predominantly on the left side at his old club didn’t he? So he could cover for Torres if required. But you’re probably right, it’s unlikely Lenglet will leave as he was brought in when Mings got injured. Just depends on what is a priority if we’re still looking at the loan market. Either way, Edwards would still be a decent signing for a relatively low fee. Doesn’t solve our right back challenge though.

    Ronnie Edwards would be a good signing. Bit of an understudy to Konsa as the right sided CB. Could potentially allow us to also send Lenglet back to Barca if we have eyes on another loan target.

    Wouldn't be surprised if we just let him go to another club for free at the end of the month if we can't find a buyer. At least we could save maybe £1.5m on his wages or somewhere close to that.

    To be fair to Jota it was really impressive how he managed to turn around and yell at the ref for a penalty before he had even stopped falling over.

    I thought that. Mike Dean saying that Joelinton didn’t stop the counter attack so the ref probably didn’t feel the need to book him. Will be an interesting one later if Joelinton gets a booking then scores the winner.

    Other than a RB I think we’re pretty much alright, unless we can offload Dendoncker and bring in a young DM to cover Kamara. Having to play Konsa at RB had affected us so much defensively over the last week, the sooner we can get him and Pau back as our CB partnership the better.
