By the sounds of it it's either Villa or nobody. Maybe if we went down Lerner would cut his losses and sell us on the cheap. Allowing new owners to buy our way back into the Premier League.

And do you really gain that much of an advantage? Teams should be prepared for all scenarios anyway. yeah but it's easier to prepare for one scenario.

It's gaining an unfair advantage. We didn't see their teamsheet before the normal time. Otherwise why have the times for submitting teams. What's more worrying is the detailed player breakdown, which really could only come from within our club. This is different to Sunderland playing someone in error and then owning up to it.

Presided over some of the worst results in our history, broken several unwanted records and had his team playing some of the worst football I have seen at Villa Park. Paul Lambert, take a bow son! And he's not finished yet. He could also oversee our first relegation from the Premier League.

Well for two clubs to make the same accusation against one other club is more than a little suspect. It will be interesting to see what the FA do, if anything. However, we can not rely on this to keep us up. Not that anyone is just yet.

Doubt it. Would imagine Palace's knowledge of our formation and lineup 3 hours before kickoff (or maybe earlier) had something to do with it. More likely I suppose. My money is on that bonkers coach at Chelsea.

If Cardiff are trying to get the match replayed, so should we...... Let's hope not. Knowing our luck Cardiff would win and we would lose again. If Palace are guilty the results should be void and the match awarded to us/Cardiff. If a club was caught doing that on matchday and the game was called off there is no way it would be replayed.

It is relatively old news but it certainly is interesting. Would be great if we benefitted from this though.

this. Lerner could have increased his asking price by the small amount it would have cost to get a decent player inon loan. Farcical.

It would be great if the takeover happened this week. Yes there is still the risk of us going down but it would give the place a huge lift. I wonder what the plan is from Lerner if we do go down. Sign semi pro's on 500 quid a week?

It's weird how I've gone from thinking we were practically safe to thinking that we are in the shit, just because Sunderland fluked a win at Chelsea.

We had an on fire Benteke at this point last season. No idea where our goals are going to come from. He missed the last game and got sent off in the 2nd to last game but we were safe by then. His goals kept us up. Someone needs to score to help us now. We can't play for 4 0-0's.

This is where I am. 4 seasons of shit and just when there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel with a possible takeover I have a horrible feeling we will blow it by getting relegated.Don't worry, I am the same. I'm especially worried after the snippets I heard about the 'possible' takeover. if we lose against Swansea and Hull I believe we are relegated Agree. Me too.

1 win. Just 1. That's all we need. If Lambert can't get a performance from the players for one of our final 4 games, that would be 9 in a row, and we would deserve to go down. He needs to prove that he isn't Owen Coyle Mk2.

I'm hoping Hull get something from the Fulham game. Oh, and that their players don't try against us so as to not get suspended or injured for the Cup final. I have no idea how Sunderland winning has got me bricking it so much.

We need one big performance from the players from our final 4 games. A couple more points and we are safe. A win would be great. Realistically we have 2 matches to get points.

**** hell. We are back in it now after that shit performance from Chelsea. Sunderland have 3 home games left so would imagine they will pick up some points from those. They've just taken 4 from City and Chelsea away. We need a couple of draws at least. So depressing.
