I just hope that by the time the window closes our squad is a bit stronger than it is now. I know a lot of people are putting a tremendous amount of faith in Grealish and Gil as creative players but I'm not overly confident that they will be enough.

Would be a great signing, even on loan. May also help us sign Balanta too if we have more Colombians in the squad.

I was just getting envious of Stoke signing Shaquiri and WBA getting Rondon but if we can get this done I won't give a shit about other clubs signings.

Would not want Vlaar back now. He had his chance to re-sign and passed it up. Plus his injury record is poor.

CB is a must for me. Move Richards to RB and our defence will be solid. Really hope the Balanta rumours are true. Not sure on Adebayor now though. Might as well give Gestede and Ayew a chance and bring in a young high potential striker from somewhere. Would imagine the winger is Lennon, which i think would be good as he can be a menace. Saying that, has Demarai Gray gone anywhere yet?

This is exactly the sort of signing we should expect as fans of a club outside of the top 4. Sign a potentially outstanding player for 8m or so then sell for a huge profit in a couple of years. It's what Southampton do and their fans don't seem bothered. As long as we see some good football and good results from time to time that works for me.

Get in. Why are people criticising Ayew already? At least give him 90 mins of PL football before writing him off. Definitely need some pace out and class on the right. Anyone see Adama in the crowd?

Unnamed PL club apparently bid £3.5m for 22-year old RB Moses Odubajo from Brentford. Hmmmmm.

Lets try not to sound like bitter Leicester fans did with Veretout. If he joins Stoke fair enough. I trust Sherwood to sign a different quality winger.

Really need a CB to come in. Hopefully there are plans for 1 before the window shuts. I'm pleased to see that we appear to be in for a winger with the links to Adama and Thauvin so far this window. Fingers crossed we can bring in a quality creative wide player as well. Only other question marks are around the Mason Holgate link and whether Sherwood will look to replace Guzan. Going to be an exciting few weeks (hopefully).

Shame as I would have likes us to have signed him as well as Veretout and Gueye. We've replaced Delph and Cleverley but I still believe there is a space in the squad for a player like Praet. Oh well.
