Fulham sell out at Arsenal but strangely not at Tottenham.. It's the arrogance from the Spurs fans. If you had a reason to be arrogant it would be understandable but even Huddersfield Town have won more top flight league titles!

Re-read most of this thread. In particular, re-read ALL of your posts in this thread. Then re-read that comment in bold. You've won 2 of the big trophies in 129 years of trying! All this Spurs are great stuff is just tosh - you've won nowt to be great!

Their fans have the biggest chip on their shoulder of any in the league! I'd prefer anyone but Spurs!!!

Can see this being a draw - either 0-0 or 1-1. I hope we're unchanged from the team who performed well at Chelsea.

He did say that but he did grow up a Spurs fan. He grew up as a Man United fan but Tottenham was the first club he played for...

Overall a very enjoyable match and a well deserved point. Good stuff Villa - that's more like it! Defensively good to see Cuellar at right back and pleased to see Clark play at left back. A proper defender unlike that clown Warnock. Good to see the experienced players back in the team in midfield and up front. As expected we looked a much better team. Albrighton needs to work on his defensive game (as we know) but going the other way can deliver fantastic balls. Definitely one for the future! Poor referee today - how Essien didn't get booked was a joke! Overall, a point is a good result and we need to follow that up with 3 vs Sunderland!

Houllier is out of touch with premier league football, he's out of touch with the fans and he doesn't understand the club. For me, it wasn't a good appointment. I wasn't remotely excited about it and I imagine the players felt it was a backward step as well. As for waiting all the way through January if he can't get a bunch of players to fight after months of trying I don't see how his magic wand is going to change that. Houllier out - zero confidence in him!

As if the Board don't have to take some blame. Appointing a poor manager and then letting the manager they appointed continue to fail is their doing!
