Partner with big name sports star who is looking for avenues to promote his nutritional advice/supplements business and hit him for some investment capital (suspiciously no mention of how much). Clearly a tactic to add some value to their purchase, and it has worked. They may well now have doubled, possibly even trebled in value (up as high as £2-£3). Yes, he will bring some increase of profile to the club, but as soon as people start seeing just how bad they are, how shit their facilities are and what "entertainment" they have on offer, the excitement will quickly die down.
