    Has Baker become 1st choice centre back ? - I know it was a daft tackle on Suarez last week - be to me he is a lot more influential than Clark. Agree that Baker looks a better bet than Clark. Had a good game today and was not out done physically by Stoke either. I think he'll turn out to be a really decent centr-half. I have always prefered him to Clark.

    Think Zog may have been told to roam left to right. Been amazing so far.. Can't see Bannan or Ireland getting back in if he continues like this

    N'Zogbia Benteke and Gabby enjoying themselves so far today. Zog has been class. Delph has been solid too.

    When Vlaar got injured I really wasn't that worried as I knew Baker was coming back into the side. Has looked good for a while now and hasn't let anyone down. Was solid last season too when he got his chance. Bright future ahead of him. Just hope it's at Villa park.

    Defence has been solid all day in fairness. Young lads have been well up to the task last few games. Praise especially for Baker, Clarke and Herd. They've been very good.
