Have a cold beer. Sit back, relax. You'll probably realise that you are over-reacting just a tad. Give the lad a chance. Time to settle and all that, new club, new teammates......He wasn't all bad and held the ball up nicely at times.

Looked tired after about 60mins but not surprising really, hasn't had much time to rest after the Copa. Still think he's been our best player in August.

Did some good things when he came on but lacks fitness and game time. Did a lot of running across the pitch and made the occasional forward pass. Ridiculous the frenzied calling for him to come on in the match thread after only about 20mins. Hope he cuts out the diving.

I disagree. Don't think they were better first half. Certainly they bossed the second but that was down to Sherwood not making the correct substitutions at the appropriate time. I think we'll improve when the new signings have adapted and are potentially much better than that Palace side. -
