I love the hoofs. Poor pitch and all that.

It's encouraging to see our young and inexperienced defenders being so composed, organised and concentrated. Very few errors at the back. We need more midfielders to become a goal threat though, otherwise our target-man tactic will become very predictable. Fairly happy with a point.

My overreaction: we are very lucky to get a point from this. Obviously a red card changes the game, but we were horrible before the red card as well, and our horribleness clearly got more visible. What, you can't pass the ball to a guy on your team if you play with 9 teammates and not 10?! This broken sh*it will take time to fix

Nice to be ahead, but we're playing very nervously and without confidence. There is no natural playmaker out there, no rythm or vision to our play. Terrible to watch actually. Although we need a playmaker , what we need most is players with confidence who don't run and hide in the shadows or resort to the "safeness" of the hoof tactic.

I'm not a big fan of Berisha, clearly technically gifted and a hard worker, but despite the nice touches and turns he doesn't really dominate games that much, imo. From the previous posts regarding players from Tippeligaen, I'm surprised Bjorn Bergman Sigurdasson isn't mentioned. 21 year old Icelandic striker, powerful goalgetter type with insane acceleration. Best striker in the league. Also, being a Tromso supporter, I would mention Ruben Y Jenssen, Kara Mbodji, and Saliou Ciss (last two Senegalese). Y Jenssen, although a bit older at 24, is preferred in the national side ahead of the likes of Henriksen and Wolff Eikrem. Miles better than Henriksen, and edges it vs Eikrem if you ask me. Dominating player and a major reason Tromso was second behind Molde last year and are looking strong this year as well. If you fancy more detail, I would advise you to consult Football Manager

Given the "young player of the year" award in Norway in 2011, as well as a place in "team of the year" (voted by the league's players). Very good on the ball and reads the game extremely well. Probably a bit lightweight, and doesn't score much. The Norwegian league is very poor though, and it's hard to know if he is good enough to cut it in the Premier League. But if there is one candidate in Norway who can make it atm it's probably him.

Watching us play atm makes me want to jump in front of a train! Looks like we're going to have a difficult season.. Maybe I'm missing something about Shorey, and sure he's part of a shaky defence - but the guy is one of the few people in our team who actually knows how to pass a ball. He's taking some risks in his short passing sometime, but some players need to show some flair and dare to play the ball into small spaces if we're going to create something.

That was awful. Not one shot on goal. I can't get rid of the feeling that there's something fundamentally wrong with our team. But it's a friendly so let's hope there will be big improvements.

We just can't keep the ball in the team except when our defenders pass the ball between them. Movement and timing is all wrong. Bring on Bannan!

Everton looks unstoppable. We don't. So it's 6th for me. But 5th or 6th doesn't really make any difference as both gives us a ticket to the new uefa cup competition. Arsenal currently huge favourites for fourth.
