    It’s completely rational we apparently have an exceptional young right back so give him the game time, the long term solution. If he isn’t the long term solution we need to buy one.

    Well that is this season with options this extension is post the summer window. Silva may be playing well at 38 but Chelsea have like 5 other quality centre backs for when father time gets him. I addressed the rest in my other reply above

    Well... You don't need him on the left as we have two quality options. We have Cash on the right and I assume we will have KKH next year. If we want him to stick around for injuries and influence then fine but if he is here to play a serious role we should be entering into the market for a solution.

    They can’t sell him as the book value loss is too big and his wages are huge so the player won’t agree to a massive cut

    Fair enough, no idea what is going on there. I just think if you can sell Ings without making a loss on his book value it frees up space, bit of cash and wages. We are obviously going to buy a striker soon and if we want to try Archer out then now is the time with no risk of relegation.

    Well Chuk Havertz Sterling and mount are going nowhere. Nkunku doesn't sign until the summer right? Fofana I know zero about. They want rid of Auba They can't get rid of Lukaku as no one wants him Broja is injured for a year. If Mudryk is coming in they NEED to get rid of at least 2 of Ziyech, Pulisic, Hudson Odoi.

    I feel like Danjuma would be Bailey's role in this setup not the striker. I'd hate a deal where we are obligated to buy him rather than an option. One has to wonder though...... why would they want to loan him out.

    He came to mind for me as he CAN play as a wing back too.... I could see him working in this Emery system being flexible. I am sure we could find a place for Pulasic and Zyech too, regardless I haven't quite got my head around what is needed in that wide midfield/winger/kinda attacking midfielder role he plays and how it interacts with the second forward and full backs.

    I agree on price but I thought he was very good. I think he will go in to be a big player, not top tier but a big player for a team outside of the CL
