Based on his performance this season? I have absolutely no idea!

Our defence urgently needed sorting. Experience and presence - not massive technical skills, not the greatest defender on earth, just someone who's not afraid to get stuck in and can do the sodding basics!!!! Preferably someone over 23. I can't believe out of all the football teams on the entire planet, there was not one defender like that who could have come in, even on piss poor wages. As the manager it's your job to get that person. The whole thing is just soul destroying, the worst part is even though I know we're down, until it's mathematically impossible for us to stay up I just keep hoping at every match, and keep being disappointed :-(.

Lambert has to go, he really does - we need someone who can motivate the players

Meh We are a reserve team, simple as. Lambert also seems unwilling to get stuck into the players, not being as good as the other team is one thing, but not showing heart and capitulating like that for two games in a row is just not on. I just don t understand what Lambert is trying to do tactically - are we really so bad that this is the best formation/team we can put out? No. The beach is calling - there are some pluses to being 12 thousand miles away -4:30am shite football is not one of them.
