The huge majority of posts I've read have thanked the group for their hard work in getting this set up. We're very thankful, but don't throw that crap in our faces when our opinion differs with yours. The point people are trying to make is a group of 5/6 people protesting is laughable. A group of thousands without organisation is also laughable. You need both. I don't think your decision to postpone has split the two necessary parts, but your reactions to people who disagree has. As already mentioned, people may not have handed out leaflets or promoted the walkout, but people you don't know bought tickets to walk out and told friends, etc. You've sadly made this an 'us and them' and unfortunately that has killed this movement. Thank you to those that started OTDO74 and have organised everything thus far, but isn't this simple? Wasn't this group set up to represent the views of disgruntled Aston Villa fans and get the message across? Agree with them or not, the message here is clear, a large majority of fans disagree with this decision and think the protest should go ahead. I really do appreciate and feel you all have done amazing things, but with all due respect, why do you think you can call off something that the majority of people want to happen? You're no longer representing the majority view in the fanbase, instead setting your own agenda. The power behind this is in the numbers that walk out. Without you all organising it, it would be nothing, but without the large numbers of people backing you, the group is also nothing. It seems, unfortunately for OTDO74, divided we fall.

I'm in agreement with the majority here and think the pressure has to be kept on them with this Sunday's walkout. A few trophy appointments to the board wasn't the overall aim of the protest so it makes little sense to me to pause. It's a step in the right direction, absolutely, but enough to make me 'happier' about the state of the club? Gods no. The club need to know that we won't stop until leaps in the right direction are made, not baby steps. Ultimately I don't think it matters. I believe there will be a walk out protest tomorrow, organised by OTDO74 or not. People who did the last walkout and want to do it again will do so.
