I'm a huge fan of Guzan, I think he is a terrific keeper who is a great shot stopper and commands his area down to a T. His only downfall is his distribution, and at times he loses his head a little. But you show me a keeper who hasn't made a mistake at the highest level, and... well, i'll be surprised! He didn't deserve to be dropped in my opinion, but hopefully he'll work on the slightly weaker parts of his game and cement himself in the number 1 spot for the entire season.

I'll attempt to watch but my internet is deciding to be a bitch at the moment, and AVTV (even after the re-brand) has been awful so I am not expecting it to be a pleasant experience. Is the game just likely to pop up on the front page of AVTV? I must say they have done a bang up job (as usual) of making it nice and clear about when it is on and where exactly you can watch it /s

If the rumours are true about playing a back 5 then I would go with something like this... A little lightweight in midfield, but you could (and wouldn't surprise me if Sherwood did) replace Gil with Sanchez... Obviously replace Benteke with whatever striker we end up getting. And take this how you will as i know f*ck all about formations and tactics

Does anyone happen to know what time the games kick off for both Sporting Braga today, and Fulham tomorrow? The AVTV page has banners for both games but just redirects you to the signup page even though I am signed up and logged in Not that I am expecting it to work during the game either, but it's worth spending 20 minutes of my life watching the buffer screen if I at least know what time it is on.

However, if my memory serves me correctly he wasn't on any of the teaser pics for the new kit, which strikes me as a bit odd considering he is our captain. Could the club have held back on publishing his picture thus saving face due to fearing they might lose him?

Hey Limpid, It's hard to replicate as it just seems to be a random logout whilst i am 'away' from the site. For my laptop i'm on OSX Yosemite using the lastest version of Firefox. For my iPhone, i'm using mobile Safari on the latest iOS. Both my browsers on both devices have experienced the logout problem, maybe 7 or 8 times in the past couple of days. I changed my password on the site just before this all started, if that helps at all?

Firefox, OSX 10.10.4, Yes - iPhone Safari, Haven't checked. Cookies notice seems to be fine for a day or so, then comes back. I've done what you suggested, i'll keep you posted. Thanks

I've been getting logged out randomly the past couple of days, both on my Mac and iPhone. Also constantly get the 'This site uses cookies bar at the top'. Cleared cache, deleted cookies etc, still happening.

This is the one! I am brummy born and bread but parents moved down here, still have family in Lincoln. Used to go to loads of Lincoln games with me Dad when I wasn't a STH at the Villa. Back to the kit, I think with what Delphinio said could be something similar, ISH! Lincoln is my second team too! University reasons for me, so much so it's the only football shirt other than Villa I've ever bought - the season they were sponsored by the Uni...and got relegated from the league! That was a horrible year and I was there when we were relegated, never seen my Dad so gutted. This is the year we return! My mates uncle, Ray Trew used to own Lincoln City, I watched a few games myself there. Back on topic: I am not a fan of yellow kits at all, they look so cheap. The white Macron Villa Kits have been really well designed the past couple of seasons so it's shame we'll be moving away from that
