I disagree, most managers would turn this team around overnight. The players don't buy into Bruce and his removal alone would lift them all !

We've played worse and we probably deserved a point but what you saw out there was a quality manager who has crafted a decent team out of average players versus a poor manager who has crafted a lousy team out of quality players. How any Villa fan can still claim that Bruce is either doing a good job at Villa or is the right manager for Villa is totally beyond me !!!

Are you serious ? Did you not actually notice that we played with no shape, no style, no real commitment ? Have you not noticed that we haven't played with any obvious style / shape / pattern for over a year now ? I can't believe that people think we are only struggling in games like that because of "injuries" or because of "Whelan", etc, etc ..... we are taking a bunch of high quality ingredients and baking an out of date McDonalds burger and that is down to the manager and his coaching team, full stop, end of !

100% exactly this as in nail, head, hit very hard and why can't people see this ?!!! We still lack any discernible playing style. Players look lost and confused so they just keep playing the "easy option" passes to whoever is behind them. Nobody takes risks, nobody wants to run at the opposition, its just, pass, pass, pass until we eventually get closed down and lose the ball. Grealish was the one exception to all this ..... he looked world class compared to the rest of our side. We continue to flounder under Bruce. We continue to play boring, drab, unimaginative football under Bruce and I'm afraid it will go on and on until we rid this club of him and his awful coaching team !

Best performance of the Bruce reign. Positive, dynamic, aggressive and thoroughly deserving of the win. Fans were great too !

His pre-game team talk should have simply been "listen lads, if we lose then we are still in the play-off places so **** it ..... just go at it without fear and trash them !!!"

Blues were absolute crap and look relegation material ..... and for 80 minutes they were better than us. As others have said, that was a game that summed up Bruce and summed up why we will go nowhere under his management !

First game under Bruce where we looked to pass forward instead of back ..... we hardly passed it back at all today. I'm shocked but happily shocked !!! #positive

Well lets hope it proves the right strategy come Saturday or we run the risk that ALL our games will become "meaningless" very soon and crowds below 20,000 will become the norm. I'm starting to seriously worry about what Bruce is doing to my club !!!
