Regardless of the manager i'll be there every home and away game cause i love the club and follow the team. If he does become the manager what good is it going to be if theres uproar and booing at the games.. Its going to have such a negative affect on the team. Players will want to leave and its just going to get into a mess. The only thing we can do as fans is get behind the team. Dont get me wrong i dont want him as manager but what can we do if the board appoint him.

Quite Right. But he appointed Houllier. And now looks set to appoint a 2nd rate manager IMO because he doesn't want the hassle of appointing a stronger manager. I personally think if he was healthy he would of pushed us on next season. As friedal said on talksport the other day he thought he'd seen everythin in football until last season. Randy Lerner has done nothing but good things for Aston Villa so stop slating and get behind the man. Fixed. I watched Saturday's game and he was one of the few redeeming features. I believe somebody has compared him to Essien. Dunno about that - against Fulham, J2M couldn't tackle to save his life. But boy, could he pass. Almost every one straight to the feet of a teammate, time after time, after time. Pity they didn't know what to do with it. I can't see him sticking around long, sadly - one of the CL teams will be after him soon. His only played 3 games and your on about him leaving us already!!!

just got back from manchester. dont remember getting back to our digs lastnight but i do remember how well jean played. 10 out of 10 lastnight for his peformance. there were fans on here the other day saying he would get mugged at old trafford ha. Looks like he will be a quality signing. On a separate note my friends dad works down the villa with the 1st team and he spoke to milner after the game the other week. If the players dont like the manager they should still give everything for the club and the fans. At the minute there not and its a disgrace. Who pays there wages?!?? Its not the manager is it!!! Hi General, Hope you are well. Been to every away game and every home game including the cups but cant get a ticket till next thursday according to the Ticket office. All because i bought a pre printed ticket from the trinity ticket office against burnley.So its not on my history as me going to the game. The lady i spoke to said its up to me to tell the ticket office to put it on my records. Surely the ticket office staff should do that?!?. How does someone who goes to two carling cups games all season gets priority infront of the fans who travel all round the country? Sorry to rant but i dont think its fair on the fans who travel home and away. Regards, Mark
