    Trains

Or Norwich itself, which is what we're doing. £25 each in the city centre premier inn with parking. I did look at trains and the prices were ridiculous.
  4. The WMP twitter guy tweeted the other day to say that The Fernhurst (usual away pub) won't be allowing any football fans in on a matchday. Some knobheads did smash the windows in when we played there a couple of years ago. Not sure if this applies to every game or just ours but it's a bit of a pisser either way!
  5. We're going to the Drayton. Travelling down by train so should be in there for midday which will hopefully be early enough. It'll be before the coach lot get there anyway :winkold:

    Tickets

600 left of initial allocation, not sure whether they will take full one yet.

    Tickets

When I booked mine at around 1.30pm this afternoon I was told we'd sold around 1,600 so far.
  8. Anybody remember the last time we played them in the FA Cup? I've checked and it was in January 1993. I went to the home game, a 1 - 1 draw, and remember it well due to there being 3 Rovers fans sat in the row in front of us in the Lower Trinity. I was 8 and it was the first time I'd heard the Bristol accent. The one guy kept screaming, "COME ON ROVERS, THEY'RE CRAAAAAAP". We went ahead and then they equalised and these guys went mental....in the home section. The guy who'd been screaming all game long turned round and literally screamed in my face. I was 8!!! My Dad didn't react and I'm not sure I could have (not) done the same if it was my kid. Anyway, I hope we smash them for this reason alone. (We won the replay 3 - 0 at their place that year).
  9. My days of going here are over. Been 5 times and we've lost 5 times. Nothing worse than arrogant Mancs after a game. Plus I'm sure it's not usually that expensive. I'm finally putting my foot down on paying stupid prices, apart from grounds I'm yet to visit.
  10. The Walkabout is on Shepherds Bush Green, next to Shepherds Bush Empire.
  11. Planning to drink around Shepherds Bush Green. The Walkabout is the 'official' away pub. O'Neill's as well as the Central Bar are others. The first 2 are about 10/15 mins walk from the ground (not sure where Central Bar is). There's also a Weatherspoons upstairs in the shopping complex directly opposite Shepherds Bush station but when I've been there before (not going to a game) it's been rammed with QPR fans. If you're travelling from Euston it's easiest to get off at Shepherds Bush station rather than Shepherds Bush Market and it's just a short walk across the green to Walkabout etc. Wood Lane and White City are nearer to the ground if you're going directly there.
  12. Not that it really matters but Newcastle only had the upper tier as well. QPR fans were in the lower.
  13. Pleased with this draw. My mate is a Hereford STH and I went to a few of their games, home and away last season. He reckons they'll bring a couple of thousand.
  14. We've probably all read about the ridiculous prices QPR are charging their own fans this season so I'm waiting to see what they will be charging us for our game there next month. Bolton are the first side to visit Loftus Road and looking on their website they are being charged £50 and £45, the more expensive being more 'central'. I can't imagine that will be that higher category of game so I would guess we're looking at, at least that. It's outrageous but I'm probably going to pay it once because I've never been there. I won't again though.
  15. Or you could buy my spare return ticket to Euston for £18!

  17. Got mine a few days ago. As expected they are unreserved seating.
  18. Hogso is right, they always say from what date the tickets will be available to buy online. This is usually the day that they go on sale to all season ticket holders. Presumably the ticketmaster system can't check previous away games and only knows whether the person is a season ticket holder or not.
  19. I'll renew (already have) no matter who is in charge.
  20. 49 as of this season although will drop to 47 for start of next as Stockport and Lincoln were relegated from League 2. I want Swansea to come up so that'll be 3 new prem grounds to visit! These yellows do NOT count for accumulation of yellows purposes.
  22. Can't say I remember the signed shirt but there were 2 girls stood in front of me...? I was on the back row right next to the entrance.
  23. I've just uploaded a couple more videos: and
