I am disappointed we let Shockey go, and I'm not entirely happy with what we get in return. But I'm glad we didn't trade him for Jason Taylor, that guy doesn't have many years left in him, and when he retires, it'd be almost as if we gave Shockey away. I hope Boss steps up. He was good last season, but not good enough to fill in for SHockey! I can't wait to see him at Wembley, I think I shall be supporting the Saints in that one!

The teams I follow closely: -Yankees: Bad start to the season, only .500 at 30-30, 6 games behind the Red Sox in the AL East -White Sox: Having a good start to the year, above .500 and 2 games clear at the top of the division. With the rest of the division being average or struggling, could be playoff bound! -Mets: Doing okay, above .500, but in a decent division which is a problem. Cubs have the best record in the majors, unfortunately, and the Red Sox and Angels are tied as the best teams in the AL. Marlins are doing surprisingly well, I expected them to be shite again, but they look like they could have a respectable season.

Wicked Game - Chris Isaak Is he the one that used to have his own tv show? Think I remember it on Channel 4 a while ago!

Sunderland will suffer from second season syndrome, Bolton and Fulham will be down there again. Wigan and West Brom won't be too far off. Hopefully Newcastle won't either!

As for JTs penalty. What a class thing to do. Penalty number 5 is often decisive, he wasn't to know what position they'd be in come penalty #5 (The order is decided before hand apparently) so for all he knew it would have been the penalty to try and keep them in the game and he'd have to handle all the pressure. Exactly what a captain should do in my opinion, well played JT.

It was almost too good to be true when that tosser missed his penalty and it was almost ALL his fault that they lost, shame JT slipped. Anyways, a great Final I thought - alot of the jealous types on another forum I'm on are talking about how bad it was, since they seem to have something against England! - but fair play to United, good too see Scholsey win the European Cup while actually playing. I think Ashley Cole has been superb tonight, he's playing like he's on a right mission! I have to admit I've really enjoyed the game as a whole, I expected it to be more of a chess game, trying to cancel each other out, but been a gooden.
