OK that's cool. I thought it might be a case of the skills gained wouldn't transfer over to a saved game on another mode. So if I played BAP for ages and he got really good, I'd then go back to my saved Manager mode game and he'd still be shit, even though if I started a new game he'd be good. If that makes any sense!

I love the "shhhhh" celebration. I usually run towards the camera doing it to really ram the point home!

All of the online features are **** at the moment, including simply playing against mates. Some of them still work, some of them work a bit and some don't work at all. It's all due to the overwhelming demand for Game Face and such like. Basically EA have gone a bit tits up. But they're fixing it according to their forums, think it's just a case of sitting tight. I have a question for anyone who's been playing with their Virtual Pros. I know you can use your virtual pro across all of the game modes, but will they develop simultaneaously. So I have a manager mode going with my Virtual Pro in the team, but obviously he's shite and has no face. If I then start a Be a Pro game with him and make him good, when I go back to my Manager mode game, will he have gotten good in that too, or will he be the same as he was?

Tele's ok with a big TV in HD. That's what I use and it's fine, you can see loads of the pitch. (that wasn't meant to sound like "I have a better telly than yow")

I've got 37 million to spend at Villa in manager mode but can't sign anyone. Managed to sign Hangeland for cheap but loads of wages. but nearly everyone else has turned me down. Still winning though, think I need to start again on expert as I seem to be winning pretty much every game (apart from losing to Forest in the cup!) Villa are really good on this!

I can't download the live update for the prem. The only thing I can find on the fifa store is the free trial, but it keeps saying it's unavailable. Am I doing it wrong?

I think it plays pretty much the same as 09. Only difference is the defenders can muscle everyone off the ball. Which is annoying but stops people just giving it to Ronaldo and skipping past your defence at will. The 360 dribbling is a good addition, but sometimes it feels like a hinderence, but I think it just takes getting used to.

Yeh I guessed that was the reason. it seems to be doing something now so I'll see if I'm successful.

Does the game face work for anyone yet? I've registered for it on the website but it takes a million years to do anything and apprently it doesn't work when you do it anyway.

4-5-1 and we have every chance of a result here. Perfect team to counter attack against, and their defence doesn't look solid, Given has saved their bacon a lot this season (fair play to him). If we go 4-5-1 I reckon it'll finish 2-2

Anyone had any problems with google maps recently? Mine seems to be going really slowly. It used to be great like a normal sat nav but recently it only updates your position every couple of minutes, which is bloody annoying if you're relying on it. At first I thought it was just poor connection in a certain area, but it does it everywhere.

You could definitely do professional fouls which often was a push or an elbow. Dunno about diving, you could dive on ISS 98, I remember that. Also on an old Fifa, if you got booked you could just run away from the ref and he couldn't book you until he caught you. The game wouldn't restart until he caught you, but it was funny to run away from him for ages
