Because Lambert is simply tactically inept. We lost all shape when he took off Zog and Weimann...... he's just not that great of a manager. Seen him make the wrong decisions all season. We will have plenty of good entertaining games under Lambert. But he's by no means some tactical genius, the complete opposite in fact.

Eeek... just did a predictor and had it coming down to the last day. Luckily i know feck all. Had Sunderland 14th on 39 points. Villa relegated on 37. So pretty tight.

I think Newcastle will be fine. Now they're out of Europe that will do them a big favour. They looked very jaded today, can only imagine that's down to playing midweek.

I dont know its good to see a man with the passion for the team, Reminds me of another controversial foreign manager that used to manage in Premier League called José Yeah I agree to an extent. But PDC is just a little OTT. I mean, going over to the Sunderland fans, pointing at the Newcastle fans then pointing downwards, indicating that they are going down is just a bit lame really. When Jose showed passion he did it in the right manner in the right games. I dunno, maybe i'm being overly critical, but I can imagine PDC being the same in every game.

Man UTD away fans are words removed. They are the only set of fans to not clap for the Petrov on the 19th minute at VP, in fact, I think they were singing their own songs through it. Even though there was a big board saying "Support Stan"... they have no class.

:lol: I really don't think Lambert gives a shit what fans think about the players. Bannan isn't playing because Lambert obviously doesnt rate him, because quite frankly, he's done very little to prove himself.

Dunno, todays result doesn't change much for me. Newcastle have played 2 games this week now and they didn't really look up for it from the of. Stoke still can't score, or defend. Norwich can't win a game, and Sunderland have just beaten a terrible Newcastle in a derby where anything can happen. If we beat Sunderland and beat Norwich we will be good. We're more than capable of doing it with the way we've been playing lately.

Norwich and Stoke are still very much involved in this relegation scrap. As are Sunderland. Newcastle have been pretty poor and they played in Europe. I'm not buying this Sunderland revival just yet, they are playing better, but they can still be beat.
