So after... 6 sessions this is how my progression has gone. Squats - 20kg to 60kg (5 sets of 5 reps after warm up) Bench Press - 20kg to 50kg (5 sets of 5 reps after warm up) Barbell Row - 20kg to 50kg (5 sets of 5 reps after warm up) Standing Overhead Press - 20kg to 40kg (5 sets of 5 reps after warm up) Deadlift - 30kg to 80kg (1 set of 5 reps after warm up) The standing overheads and barbell rows are beginning to feel like I'm getting to a point where I'll start to struggle towards the end. The bench, squats and deadlift I can do a bit more, but the program paces you so it'll probably be a few more sessions before I hit that point.

Miami. Gotta be. He's a Florida boy, the franchise needs some pep, they need a QB and an injection of oomph, he's a merchandise gold mine.

We've always had a reputation for taking the best player available in the draft rather than drafting for position. I can't see that changing even if we have holes to fill.

I always wear a 'hat'... well, mostly. I last ages when wearing one. :winkold: But yeah, our first weekend away. Still only been together 8 weeks. It seems like so much longer. Even the family has said it seems like she's been around forever, we're just so comfortable with each other.

Went to York for the weekend with the missus. Was ace. Did loads of walking and exploring, ate some awesome food (Went to Piccolino's for Italian), had room service and dirty hotel sex. Shame we had to come home.
