Anybody fancy doing a VT Mock draft? If we can get 2 or 3 people who fancy it we'll go through the first round and take it in turns making the pick. e.g. 1st person does 1st pick, 2nd person does 2nd pick, 3rd person does 3rd pick, 1st person does 4th pick, 2nd person does 5th pick etc...

Well it's quickly approaching, teams will be drawing up their boards and discussing combine findings and pro-day opinions, experts are getting their mock drafts in and fans are counting down the days hoping their team picks the player that they want. Hows your team looking? Same. I've hardly seen any football this season. Just haven't been bothered. No point. It's all about the money now (I know most things are, but it seems to have zapped all the passion out of the sport). NFL is the only thing I'm watching / keeping up with at the moment.

The missus is always getting comments from folk (with what she does I suppose it's a given) and I just leave her to sort it, but she knows that if someone isn't getting the hint then I'm there to protect her so to speak. She did get a text from an ex the other week and he was being all flirty and stuff, asked her to send him a rude photo, but now she's with me she said she's happy in a relationship and to not ask again. No issues. The only thing I don't understand is that she is still friends with a few exs / people she has had sex with. I can't do that so I can't get my head around it. Each to their own I suppose. She's quite chilled out about it sex and sees it as a physical act, not an emotional one. I think I'm the girl in this relationship

I was using 30kg dumbbells when I was doing the bench press using them. If you have a barbell, use that. It's so much better.

I weight 90kg and I did 1 set of 5 reps at 80kg after my session the other day (see above) Could have done more but I was a bit fatigued. Tonight is squats (Going for 80kg), overhead press (probably be stuck on 40kg but might try and do 1 set at 50kg) and deadlift (definitely gonna try 100kg, might even attempt a rep or 2 at 120kg).
