  1. Don't think Parker would destroy anybody. Doesn't have that kind of power from what I've seen.
  2. To be fair Wilder is rubbish himself. If he can elude that big shot all fight then he has a chance of an upset.
  3. Joseph Parker has said he's up for fighting Bellew if he beats Hughie Fury as expected.
  4. I see Dillian Whyte is calling out Bellew on twitter for an eliminator to face Wilder.
  5. The undercard is poor but an all British main event with the hype that it has come with is always going to be PPV these days. Unfortunately it's a business model that is here to stay.
  6. And boxing fans are happy because they get to see exciting fights.
  7. To be fair I think they genuinely don't like each other. Obviously they will exaggerate certain things to do try to drawer in the casual fan but I'd surprised if they shake hands after the fight unless it's an absolute barnstormer and both mean earn each others respect in the ring as was the case in Whyte Chisora.
  8. Completely lost his rag at the Liverpool press conference calling all the crowd **** retards which was quite amusing
  9. Re Brezeale, when AJ fought him everyone said he is a total dud and although he took shots well in that fight, he didn't throw a single punch of note. Yet here he was throwing bombs. Goes to show how intimidating AJ is to his opponents.
  10. Fascinatingly disturbing. Or disturbingly fascinating. Whichever you look at it!
  11. Almost as funny as Dave Caldwell telling Price in between rounds...'Listen to me, this guy will gas quicker than you'
  12. David Price LOL what a dud. And to think some were suggesting this guy should share the same ring with AJ?
  13. Loved the celebration from Roger. A youthful joy and happiness from a 35 year old legend of the game. Take a bow.
  14. Kohli has runs in every other country suggesting that tour was purely an anomaly. England are not invincible at home as other teams are. And certainly in Asia they are extremely bad.
  15. Not entirely sure it will be a thrashing next time round. Kohli is re moulding the mindset and culture of Indian cricket. India have a crop of very good seamers that will keep them in the contest. England didn't have the spinners or seamers that work in these conditions.
  16. Sensational from England. That was thoroughly enjoyable.
  17. So Chris Eubank Jnr has announced he is fighting for the IBO title (what on earth is this?) in Feb on ITV Box Office (sorry, what?) against Renold Quinlan (eh, who?) Safe to say Eddie Hearn will be pissing himself
  18. Looking around world cricket, I don't think there is a team that has done well away from home recently. Having said that what will disappoint England most is they have had the better of conditions in 3 of the 4 tests winning the toss and batting first. That is a massive advantage and one they have let slip test after test.
  19. Why would Parker fight AJ in a partisan UK venue when he can fight a lower level fighter for a world title in his own country?!. There are only about 4 or 5 heavyweights that could probably bang with AJ. After Klitschko I'm sure there will be no more duds. Should be the likes of Haye, Wilder, Parker, Fury and even Whyte after that.
  20. You have to say it's different challenge though. England's spinners don't have the ability to impart the same revs on the ball and skillset to set up batsmen. Different kettle of fish v Ashwin and Jadeja.
  21. England in disarray. Could be all over in a hurry.
