  1. You have to remember Whyte has little to no amateur pedigree so if he overturns someone like Parker who has that background, you will have to take your hat off to him and say he deserves to be moving up the ranks.
  2. It's a real pick 'em fight. Fair play to both for taking it - much easier fights around. Both very durable so would expect it to go the distance. Parker has the speed and footwork to frustrate Whyte if he can't get the big shots off but I hope Whyte wins as he is a good character and has the potential to make some good fights with the big boys in the division.
  3. Whyte Parker July 28. Nice fight this not PPV mind you unless the undercard is stacked.
  4. Probably because he was fighting for his brother in law who died.
  5. To me either Wilder (and his team) are not very good business people or they don't want the fight. Imagine how much more hype it would have created had he shown up at Cardiff yesterday. More hype = more money for both men. Hearn & AJ know this, it would appear Wilder and his team do not.
  6. How so? It's one man's word against another. Why did Wilder not come to Cardiff as planned? He will duck any legitimate opponent as long as he possibly can.
  7. Yes because they'll give the timeouts to Wilder instead.
  8. I think if this was Mayweather with this performance, guys on here would be waxing lyrical about a boxing masterclass. Dislike for AJ is hilarious.
  9. No issues with the scorecards. It's in the UK and AJ bossed the fight.
  10. Not so sure - he has some good ring craft
  11. This guy is the king of bizarre knockouts
  12. Would he not be subject to random drug testing though?
  13. The only interesting thing in this fight is to establish whether Price has magically found some heart to take the fight to an opponent. If he hasn't this will get ugly very quickly.
  14. They reckon Warner will never play for Australia again
  15. Anyone listening to Nas? Listening to this guy is worth the box office fee alone LOL
  16. Potentially fight of the year this but the promotion for this event is so poor. Eubank Jnr would have been a global superstar by now if he stuck with matchroom.
  17. Think I have potentially made a blunder, I was on the old legacy Variety bundle paying £32 a month when I cancelled. Now they are offering 50% off this when the new Entertainment bundle is £20pm anyway. I would also like to upgrade to Sky Q + Multiscreen + Sports + HD + broadband Whats the best way to haggle this @Kingman ?
  18. Is that just on TV or broadband too do you know
  19. Quick question re this stuff - I've just cancelled Sky. How long should I give it before going down the I've received a flyer business?
  20. 7 away defeats on the bounce - heads must roll.
  21. Root does not strike me as a leader who will inspire. England are wilting and fast. Heavy Ashes defeats usually culminate in the end of a few careers - Cook, Broad, Anderson's days are numbered. Once these are gone there will be some very dark days ahead for England in test cricket.
  22. Anyone seen Team Parker's embarrassing 'press conference' begging for a 35:65 split against AJ? Honestly it's hilarious, go check it. These amateur guys have put together a press conference in what looks like their shed where they proceed to put up footage via a projector of AJ being dropped in sparring. I think they'll be lucky to get a 10:90 split after this shambles LOL.
  23. It's a fight that whets the appetite, a fight the heavyweight division needs. Neither fighter has been in with someone who possesses the danger the other brings. You can almost guarantee both will hit the canvas which makes it all the more fascinating.
