    Just all the bitching about decisions aside as I think too many on here whinge too much about officials and some on here think I’m too defensive… that disallowed goal is why I hate VAR so much. I haven’t felt that happy about a goal in so long. Pure relief, pure joy at going top. Then ruled out after 5 minutes. It reminded me not to be so happy and so full of joy after a goal. One must wait. And then just quietly say”oh good” if it’s confirmed.

    We cannot find a way to unlock their 11 essentially static players behind the ball. They’ve got every zone covered and we don’t see to have an idea to get through. Frustrating. Always hate these games

    Absolutely none of them were penalties.

    There is no chance this will happen. It will cause too much backlash at various levels of the national game (I’m thinking women’s football in particular) and damage what has become a carefully curated, politically conscious image around the national team. They added Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink kind of out of the blue. I think he’s being groomed for the role tbh. I don’t really give a toss who it is provided (1) it isn’t Mourinho or some other hateable Representative for Wellingborough and (2) they play entertaining football.

    If you see the replay on MOTD he kinda hooks his finger in the player’s face first. It’s a bit soft but it’s **** stupid and he basically took the bullet as a result of everyone being a knob. You can see immediately from McGinn’s reaction he knew what was coming. Shoudlnt be appealed, take it on the chin, learn.

    He’s not the only one guilty of losing his head, he’s just the one who did the one thing you shouldn’t (raising the hands). He will learn but that moment of madness is on all of them not just Kam. He’s only 22 and players like Martinez should be leading by example in those moments (although granted he’s a nutcase and that’s what also makes him a genius). Just one of those. No need to crucify him for it.
