Two years ago we lost to Iceland in Euro 16 and we were gash and most of the country was done with the national team In 2 short years Southgate has turned us around massively. We've got a bit of pride back. Yes, we lack a bit of that extra quality needed but we have come a long long way and I'm sure we can improve. A great effort and i'm proud of the team The defeat doesn't feel as bad as the Italia 90 or Euro 96 semi defeats as back then we were the better team in the semi and I was positive if we had won, we'd have won the final. Today... I think Croatia were better and France are much stronger. Overall a very impressive tournament 8.5/10 WB

Same. I get 28 plus bank holidays. My holiday period is 1st Jan to 31st December so my entitlement never changes. An extra bank holiday would mean an extra day off for me. It would just cancel out the leap year day I work every 4 years!
