I would clap him - even if he went to Liverpool etc... It killed me when Yorke went, but this seems different for some reason. You can never question Barry's commitment for us and he has done a lot over the 10 years. We'll see what happens, but if he does go, I will clap!

Agreed - This match has even more riding on it this year. The game on Sunday would be massive if it was against anyone, if we still think we can get 5th spot!

"THAT 3-1 loss" - What game was that!?! Personally, I think it's because you dont live near the city. For me I simply can't have them beating us because they dont shut up about it. We are a much bigger club than them no question, but this game does have an added spice........always has........always will.

I think the WWF/WWE is quality. I hate it when people moan that it's not real! - Obviously it's not - it's entertainment, storylines etc... It's no where near as good as the old days during the late 80s/early 90s then the Stone Cold/Rock era, but it's still pretty funny IMO. Rocky and Mike Tyson have made appearances in the past - Mayweather is obviously the next in line for Wrestlemania!

Are you sure about this? (Incidentally, obv you will be). My credit card bills have MBNA on them, as does my credit card which I received about 6 weeks ago. Interestingly, there was a guy asking people to apply for MBNA credit cards behind the trinity road before the game on Saturday (against Reading)

Hi, 1st time i've posted in this particular thread. I'd like to think you, Randy and the team for all you have done so far. We all appreciate it and we really are heading in the right direction. More than a decent start on the pitch this season and I think we can achieve the 1st stepping stone of Europe, especially as our remaining home games are against sides outside the top 6. Off the field - superb!!! Just wanted to offer some advice. My season ticket is Holte End Lower, however I gave the Doug Ellis lower a try on Saturday in the cup. At half time, it took ages to get served for food and drink. This wasn't the staff's fault, the problem was that 3 of them had to share 1 till. I think it would improve speed if more tills were introduced. I presume they don't cost that much. Just a thought anyway. Looking forward to traveling Europe with you next season :-) Quality stuff!!!

Decent fight - Mayweather was quality - also thought he spoke well in the press conference after. Hatton was gutted - felt for him!

I'm concerned about Forsell. Injury to Jerome suggests he'll start. Forsell has scored 2 hattricks in his last 2 games - I know it's on a different stage but I think confidence is everything with a footballer.

Nice post Jez, good to get the previews in 1 place! Looks like Young will start. To me the only questions are Carew and possibily Petrov or Gardener. I personally think Petrov will play for his experience, but i've got a feeling Carew will miss out. What does annoy me is this quote "......saw Villa end their 18-year wait for a league win on rival soil." Fair enough we didn't record a league win for 18 years, but that was partly because they wasn't in our league for years!!!!

My 1st derby game was 1993/94 in the carling cup. We battered them that night and hit the post 2/3 times. However they did have an infamous penalty saved by Bosnich who duly waved to their crowd. Loved it when Richardson scored in the last few minutes to win 1-0. The only derby game I have missed so far is the Enkleman game. We really struggled in these derby matches during their 1st 3 years in the Prem, but was good to put the ghost to bed in style the other year with the double which helped send them down. Was a great feeling that day at St Andrews when Phillips scored. A few of my blues mates have told me they have never heard such a loud celebration when that goal went in. Worst feeling has to be Stern John in the 94th minute. You could hear a pin drop in the Holte End that day - horrible!!! Looking forward to Sunday now, just hope we turn up on the day!

Sky is by far the best product. It has more channels and offers a lot better interface. I feel guilty because I never watch Sky One, yet some people on Virgin would love this channel
