My own personal rule is that it's ok to take the piss out of someone if it's something within their control. If someone is badly dressed, it's fair game. If someone is badly dressed because they're likely poor, not fair game. If someone dyes themselves orange and has hair like Shredded Wheat, it's fair game. If someone is disabled, it's not fair game.

Clumsiness. I get irrationally annoyed if other people drop things or knock things over. If I do something clumsy myself, I really beat myself up about it. If I break a wine glass or a mug it can ruin my day.
