Agree with this. Gave ball away but too much first half (but was winning a lot of challenges as well). Second half he was magnificent.

I thought the defence were excellent today. Taylor surprised me, hopefully Smith will give him a new lease of life. There were glimpses of what we could do, and there were definitely less aimless balls. Smith had it spot on in post match, we had some chances to create and final ball just let us down. All in all I’m encouraged.

At least it doesn’t look like he’s messing about playing Grealish our wide.

We had our best spell when kodjia went out to the left wing at start of second half. I’m convinced Bruce was going to give him five minutes there and then bring on Bolasie. Then with Grealish back in the middle we started to tick for five minutes and kodjia had a couple of good runs down the left, which meant he held of the change. Then for some inexplicable reason he swaps them again! Jack is completely ineffective on the left. We had no shape yesterday, just look like a bunch of individuals who have never played together. With such a bad defence that game was crying out for birkir and whelan in front of them. Reach and Bannan ran the second half. Bruce doesn’t know his best team or how to get the best out of them.

Rubbish. There’s no bloody shape. Clear we needed whelan/birkir in the midfield today. It’s alright trying to attack but their attacking with no shape and no clue. We wont do anything until he has gone.

We’ve probably put 60 minutes worth of decent performance out of 720 minutes all season and nearly lost that(Brentford) game. Stole the game against Wigan, last minute equaliser against Brentford, played against 10 men for a half against Ipswich, Two dire performances against lower league outfits. All stacking up against Bruce. I’d be happy if he was sacked tonight/tomorrow as it’s clearly not working and we are going backwards.
