Well my plan was to up the length of my runs today but ended up hurting my back playing football yeserday so that will have to be put off for a few days atleast.

Thats good to hear really wasn't sure how good my times where. I have football today so i'll probably try and up my distance tommorow and see how i get on.

I post a while back about me starting Jogging/Walking. I've managed a 2 mile jog with only one walk break in 18:30 seconds on my last outing hoping in time i can get upto 5 mile pure jog.

Delph - 6 - Good on the ball and did not get caught out to often Petrov - 5 - Captain fantastic he most certainly is not Bradley - 4 - Looked of the pace and some wayward passing always a big ask though throwing him in against this Bannan - 7 - Only one of the midfield who looked to get it down and look for a pass forward Agbonlahor - 6 - Looked lost out wide again but worked hard Heskey - 4 - Shite is the only word i can think off won and held the ball up at no point in this game Delphonseo - 6 - Same as Gabby. Downing - 6 - Picked up the ball and tried to make something happen with no help from Heskey and co. Young - 3 - Can somone tell me what he does in the middle? Walker - 6 - Helped the team actually look to get the ball forward as an outlet A strange team selection indeed but i think once again the senior players let the team down Petrov and Heskey offered **** all.

Steady first half i thought WBA had most of the possession without creating much of note, pretty much like us vs blues. I think aslong as Warnock and Downing can keep that lad on the wing quiet we will be ok.

I took dafts suggestion and started unemployed with automatice expierence and decided to go on holiday until I got offered a job. It was a long wait, but I finally got offered the dover job in late march so I have a bit of time to get used to my players before I dip my toe into the market I think.

Just installed this and i have a problem whenever i play as Villa on these game i struggle or get really fed up when i get on a bad run of form, so i thought i would ask you kind gentlemen for idea's. Ideally i am looking for a challenge outside of the top divisions in the league but not sure who to start with idea's?

Why does everyone rate jol so highly? A decent manager given but the way people go on about him on here you'd think he was god himself. (Lets not drag up a religous debate)
