That's the first chance I've had to watch Villa this season, and based on reading this board over the last couple of weeks, was expecting much worse. Nowt wrong with the tactics, some good passing and movement. Young and Milner were great, thought Delph was good as was Shorey. Stan not so much, too many poor touches. Shame we're gone, but saw no reason for doom and gloom. -
I'm reminded of when I was a kid at the school dinner table, and someone would say "Hands in the middle of the table, if you like, ice-cream!" to which everyone would respond, before retracting them swiftly when the post script "With dog poo" was added. No? Just my school then. Or possibly my school dinner table :oops: Anyway, please stop with the saft polls.

Then how do you explain his Uefa cup performances for Rangers? Top level opposition and outstanding displays. I'm prepared to accept that he might not be good enough (although I think he will improve with time), but to say he's 'total **** garbage' is, well, total **** garbage.

Not in the Uefa cup it's not. I think he proved he's good in those performances

Don't know yet, he's still adjusting to the Prem I think. He certainly kicked plenty of balls properly for Rangers in the Uefa Cup.

Exactly how I feel Rodders. Hopefully I'll feel more positive once I've calmed down a bit, but I can't shake this nagging feeling that all the negativity that I've been trying not to listen to, may actually be right after all. Signings. Good ones. Now.
