I get the feeling when he plays he doesnt give a shit half the time. Prior to fecking up the throw he decided to dribble with the ball at it went out for a throw. Really was shocking. Then he ran off to left back with a stupid grin on his face. Not the first time ive seen that. He also came on against Chelsea and didnt give one sh1t. Didnt try, their should have been some pride there to get stuck in when we were about 4 or 5 down.

I dont get it with Gabbys involvement, a guy who hasn't scored 1 premership goal in 28 or something games and having a player on the bench who basically kept us up last year with his goals at the start of the season. I think Lamberts judgement is poor here. If he wants someone with pace who does nothing else he might as well put Usain Bolt on. Think about it guys, no other permership team would settle for that record.

Lambert should take Malouda on loan to the end of the season when window opens again. Bit of experience on high wages but only for 5 months. Training with the Chelsea youth at the minute. He couldnt have went that badly of the boil. Chelsea might only want to sell thought, then i wouldnt touch him.

I believe the slim chance we have of staying up lays with Richard Dunne. You can say what you like about him but lets face it he was defending along side one of the worst villa players i have ever seen in Collins. I've seen him time and time again stepping up and being counted and getting other ones around him organised. Obvs past his best and might be going off the rails a bit but we dont have much experience and voices in the team. He is going to be out of contract as well so its in his interest to put himself in the shop window. Think him and Vlarr would work well with Clark in left or right back. On a similar topic I was talking to the legend Paul McGrath at Dublin airpot 2 weeks ago and suggested he come back for Ireland in CB. He laughed and said he didnt think it but would consider coming back for Villa . He wasnt impressed with our defensive predicament at present. I had already told him i was a villa fan. Not going to even start on what job our 2 Center Midfielders are suppose to be doing as i havent figured it out yet... got to start from the back. As much as i would love Dempsey, why would he come to us if Liverpool came in as he as stated clearly that he wants to go to them. OR if Sunderland came in with double the wages which MON will do. Chamakh is a good call on loan, play along side his fellow country man. If he doesnt work out send him back.

Same is going to happen this season again(hopefully) if we dont get at least another 2-3 good signings IMO the majority of that was down to the manager and injuries. Any half-decent manager would have had us comfortably mid-table (9th-13th) last season with that squad and no injury crisis (e.g. not losing your two best players for the rest of the season in February and March). Yes its good points you make. Deep down myself and most other people are scared they are going to have to go through the same nightmare as last year. Though we dont have Petrov and he was a massive massive player for our team. I dont believe we replaced him and this is worrying. On a positive point, Collins is gone, no one could be worse than him this season.

Does anyone think Guzan is able to step in for Given. I'm Irish and think the guy was an amazing keeper but i think he is starting to go down hill fast. He was very poor for Irleand in the Euro's (maybe down to his injury) and is now very injury prone not to mention the start he has had for us. i guess what i am saying should we be on the look out for another 1st choice keeper?
