We already have that in Perth.Over here there are 2 types of driving licence,one for automatic cars only and one for automatic/manual cars.Most of the cars here are auto and I am suprised at the amount of people that can not drive a manual gear change.

There is one thing that no one has mentioned yet.Ukraine does not have an unlimited supply of soldiers/males,so if Russia continue as they are it will not matter how many weapons they recieve or how lethal they are,Ukraine will not have the manpower to use them.

It makes sencs to me because the second string is im higher than the first string,so the higher string makes the globe fatter.The world is 1m fatter all around.
