For starters, Albrighton wouldn't have started today if that were true. It is IMO I look at the squad and all I see is delph who wasn't brought by pl the rest are from the academy

We're doing better than last year but that isn't good enough, so I would love to know what your expectations are for us? Obviously your "expectations" are fairly low if the only thing that counts is our relative position. We are playing some of the worst football in years, have a woeful squad and show little sign of improving. Even if we were playing good football we wouldn't be much higher up the league. Without a massive ground, being owned by an Arab country, or moving to London this is basically as good as its going to get

What are you basing this on? Neither Weimann nor Bacuna started today so why would they start on Saturday over Albrighton? I'm just basing that on Lambert preferring to play players he brought to the club But that isn't exactly true though. Weimann has been starting over Tonev, Delph will always start over one of KEA/Westwood/Sylla (and rightly so) and again Albrighton started today. Lambert was praising Albrighton after the game and almost everybody is in agreement that he played well today so the idea that Albrighton will be dropped next week is a pretty strange one. It's just my feeling. I would be happy to be proved wrong

I was aware thank you, but not sure forcing AVTV on people in other countries will change our stature. Football is a results business, football is about having players that are icons and idols, talent that generates it's own PR. Allowing more countries a tailored window into how bad we are........ genius Obviously no-one cares about villa because the media focus on London and Manchester with the odd comment about liverpool. When Fulham got promoted they were able to sign van Der sar from juventus simply because they are in London. They are not a big club or well known but they are from London Hard to compete with It's a joke

lambert is just too stubborn no point asking for another change La la land. We are in a relegation fight - look at the crud we play and then look at the points instead of the position. We're as close to 8th as we are to the relegation zone, with the games coming up we can pull ourselves away further, should we not do that then obviously my opinion will change but I can only give my opinion on what is actually going on right now not some made up situation where we lose every game or win every game. What I expect is around 7 points by January 1st, which puts us at 26 points. We also play against 3 teams that are currently below us, again giving us a way to pull ourselves away. Nothing La La Land about it mate. I really don't understand why there is such negativity following a loss to the current champions, if we had beat them we'd probably have had posts about getting into Europe. we have progressed since lambert took over but gone backwards since the end of last season, realistically we the highest we could finish is 8th so we are not actually doing too bad, throw in a decent cup run and some better football and it turns round a better season
