  1. 3rd, 4th and 5th rounds of the FA Cup, right?
  2. Well that pissed on my chips. Still though, massive market in China, surely shirt sales and merchandise is going to go through the roof?
  3. Not working in football any more I think, was linked with Milan and Fiorentina.
  4. Well, if we are to be bought by the Chinese government, then they could make it law to own a villa shirt, 1bn shirt sales at £40 a pop should ease any worries over FFP.
  5. Exactly, the task of improving us for anyone even half-arsed with experience in running a football club shouldn't be that hard. Getting us straight back up avoidign the play-offs will take a bit of doing, getting us competitive in the premier league however is a different thing entirely.
  6. So he's crap but did what Mourinho, Hiddink and Ancelotti would have done. Hmmmm. Yes that is a collection of 3 of the poorest managers I can think of...
  7. Hiddink is stretching it, Mourinho yep but not quite to the degree which they won that final. Either way, RDM didn't inherit Mourinho's Chelsea, he inherited AVB's Chelsea. That there were senior players who have played a similar style I have no doubt, that RDM as manager did nothing to organise that team I don't believe in the slightest.
  8. you can get moyes at 36 on betfair...
  9. Also the it was Terry and Cech etc. comments are a bit weird. That level of anti-football catenaccio can only come from someone with a deep knowledge of Italian football.
  10. depend how good a romantic nourishment milkshake he makes I spose.
  11. RDM won promotion out of the championship fairly recently and in good style scoring goals. The other side to his game and the Italian experience he has was in eveidence in the catenaccio he used to win the Champions league. So he demostrably has more than one string to his bow and knows how to play creative football and how to shut a game down. He was treated badly at Chelsea IMO. He's easily worth a go. Moyes expressed interest, if Wyness arrives then surely that seems more likely?
  12. As Katy Price once said, "you're never too old to get your ringpiece smashed in by a rich man".
  13. "I believe" then the praying hands at the end, Tayls inside exactly saying it's nailed on is he?!
  14. Well still on 0 points after 0 games, everyone OUT.
  15. Shane Warne back on the crack?
  16. You've got 3 years till your boy will "need" school and travel when they are very young is very good for them. New experiences are as good for them as they are for you, woudl massively recommend moving to somewhere with a decent climate for top time with a young family. Can't beat throwing your kids about into lakes and the sea of an afternoon, they love it and it's free
  17. Yep, only reason to invest in us now rather than when we were in the prem is because you see the potential of us as a club making money for you over and above the price paid. That's either as a 142 year old advert for whatever it is you sell or because getting us back in shape and in the prem means we would be worth over £200m, which if you've paid £75m gives a bit of margin for investing in the squad to get us there. No scenario would see us sold to make an immediate profit, any profit can only be made if we get back into the prem and stay there.
  18. Shame if not true, Wang is bound to drum up some more female fans for us.
  19. We were 80% there under MON I'd say, switch Gabby and Carew for Vardy and Mahrez and we would have easy been top 4 not top 6. Unfortunately MON's idea of sorting this out was Heskey and Harewood.
  20. Totally agree, Ranieri has them doing the basics extremely well, look at their shape under the cosh away at old trafford, yet they still carried a threat on the break. Classic Italian mentality, if you can't outplay them, soak it up and score on the break, make sure you don't concede easy first and then see what you can do up the other end. They don't panic, they know they will make chances. Reality is they are doing this better than anyone else in the league, there are better footballing sides, teams full with better players but Leicester are set up amazingly well to win football matches. On topic: No takeover news?
