samjp26 Posted May 20, 2013 Share Posted May 20, 2013 Want to purchase a set-up, unsure whether to grab a soundbar with a subwoofer or to go with a proper 5.1 system. Not sure about the soundbars as I haven't used or heard one, don't know if anybody here has? Any recommendations/ideas guys? Preferably to look decent with my new Samsung Series 6 also! samjp26 Posted November 12, 2013 Author Share Posted November 12, 2013 Ended up getting an Onkyo LS3100, which was £399.99 in Super-Fi but Richer Sounds had one left without the kettle plug for the sub reduced to £179.99. It's a 2.1 system similar to the Bose Cinemate, but I'm very impressed, watched Man of Steel using it last night and it really produces high quality sound. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
