Santi’s loving portrait was only up for ten minutes, though that was more than enough time for ‘Canizares’ to become a trending topic and the photo to be ‘right click > saved as-ed’ onto thousands of desktops around the world. Cañizares has now removed the picture and blamed a ‘tiring day and mischievous children’ for sharing his better half’s birthday suit with the entire world. Unsurprisingly, Mayte then deleted her Twitter account and Santi spent the night on the sofa.

Zatman Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 bit of a moron as not 1st issue i remember he dropped bottle of aftershave on his foot and missed World Cup though he was world class in his day just a pity an all time great was ahead of him in the end in Iker, Zubizarretta was a joke of a keeper cost Spain and Barcelona a lot of games in his time
Voinjama Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 I dont think Zubizeretta was a bad keeper, played in 4 world cups and was Spains number 1 for 12 years. But he was the main man at fault for Spains disastrous first round exit in 1998. Went on too long, like Seaman in 2002. Canizares had these crazy eyes which could scare the opposing striker. Was a great shot stopper, but his kicking was not the best, a bit like our Shay and Bozzy.
