More to do with the change in approach taken at that level. The results (and importantly the displays) were still poor even when he had the entire NextGen winning team available. K-Mac's side were primarily all teenagers when they began being successful. If Fox and Sherwood are serious about placing a greater onus on youth promotion, as they claim they are, then we'll need a far more sophisticated U21 manager.
