    Dexter

What an opener to the new season! Wow, the episode was fantastic last night right form the very start with that gruesome killing from Trinity right until the end with Dexter losing control of his car doing flips everywhere and eventually crashing. This will make the 2nd episode even more of an anti-climax because Benito Gomez's body-parts are in the boot of Dexter's car.

**** it. It's late, I have no school tomorrow, I can't be arsed to wait 'till Spring 2010 for season 4 to come on FX so I've found a very good website that has got all the episodes of season 4 and the picture quality is brilliant. I'm now going to kick back, get some milk and oreos, watch the first episode and will then give a brief review after I've finished watching.

I'd rather watch it on my HD TV than on my laptop.

Does anyone know when season 4 will be shown on FX in UK?
  6. I'm an expert when it comes to soups so hopefully you'll enjoy this recipe. Finely chop one onion and do the same with 1 clove of garlic, fry off the garlic and onion in a large cooking pot for 4-5 minutes, then chop the squash into small chunks, add the chunks to the garlic and onion and fry off for another 5 minutes. Boil some water, put a vegetable or chicken stock (chicken stock works better and will give more flavour) in a measuring jug, once the water has boiled fill the measuring jug up to 250ml, stir until stock has disolved. Once stock has disolved, add that to the squash, onion and garlic, pour a cup of water in too and 40ml of cream. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper, very finely chop up (just less than a handfull) of corriander add that to the soup and stir then let the soup to cool for 5-10 minutes. Last step, blend the soup with a handheld blender (push the blender into the pot all the way down so it doesn't splash everywhere!) or alternitively, transfer the soup into a electric blender and blend it for around 20 seconds. Re-heat and then serve.

  8. We're more popular than Leeds now; we're the 14th most popular team and Leeds are the 15th most popular team and England are now 12th in popularity. Can't believe Newcastle is 11th and Notts County is 20th...
  9. Well... that's a bit of a bummer then. Have no idea why MON would decline such an offer because they look a lot better than our plastic shit shelter.
  10. I don't understand this whole "The players are reminded why they're on the bench and it's not a luxury" - I really don't think it'll make any player get less annoyed if they're not playing because they're sitting one of those Recaro seats. Our dugout looks shit, we're trying to establish ourselves as a top 4 team, but if we want to be a top 4 team, atleast we could have a dugout like a top 4 team and not some plastic shelter which they have at old stadiums with a track around the field!
  11. Interesting... just seen it from another angle for the first time and it does appear Ridgewell did take the ball, albeit he went a little OTT with the follow-though.
  12. Really? It looked very late to me and I've watched the incident 5 times and I still can't see Agent Ridgewell making ANY contact with the ball - just taking out Walcott.
  13. Oh dear... some Small Heathen on Facebook is bragging how he was chanting Martin Taylor's name at The Emirates after Agent Ridgewell made a disgraceful assault on Walcott. What a vile human-being.
  14. Guys lets not be cocky saying we're going to 'thrash' them etc... Lets laugh at them after if we beat them, not beforehand and then losing because it'll make us look like dickheads. :winkold: I've been fortunate enough to watch Wolves on a couple of occasions this season and in all honesty, they don't look too much of a threat from midfield (except Miljas who's their best midfielder) and their defence is pretty poor... but my only concern is Doyle and Ebanks-Blake who could poise a bit of a threat - especially Doyle who has impressed so far this season and he looks like he'll capaltilise on any mistake. On paper we should be winning this one, but with the added pressure of it being a Midland-derby it's not going to be an easy game although I think we'll edge it with a 1-0 win with lots of missed chances by us; but it's vital we win this because we've got a tough run of games coming up and we shouldn't be losing these types of games... albeit this one is a derby.

Can someone who knows the rules of baseball pretty well answer a question for me? I noticed this happen from both Yankees and Angels last night where the pitcher just threw a very soft pitch not aiming at the batsman where the catcher stood a yard left out of his area to catch, and this went on for 4 pitches then the batsman just strolled to first base, what the hell is all that about?
  17. Just heard Gary Newbon on You're Live on Sky Sports say "Birmingham's new owner has said they will have £80 million to spend in the next two transfer windows (in a sarcastic voice) - I wonder if they will"
  18. General Krulak; I'm speechless when it comes to James Collins - for only £5 million he's been a steal and I think MON deserves lots of praise for scouting him. Why some clubs need to spend £24 million on a defender when you can sign genuine quality for £5 million is just baffling. P.S. - I hope MON is feeling OK after his little fall on the sideline!
  19. OK, the cock-up from Drogba's goal aside, he was pretty good for the rest of the match and don't forget his match-saving save at the end from Anelka which probably made up for his mistake.
  20. Liverpool and Chelsea - check, 6 more top4ings to come lol. There's so much courage and tenacity in this team now and we easily have an equally good defence as Man United and Chelsea. What I loved about the victory today was the sheer determination despite going a goal down, but storming back putting Chelsea under lots of pressure and getting two deserved goals which put Chelsea into shock and made them come out and have a real go at us; but even when Chelsea were throwing everything at us - we still defended admirably until the very end. As for the 4-4-2 formation; I felt slightly worried because Chelsea have lots of strength in the middle, but in successive games Petrov was brilliant in the middle and his passing was excellent. I think the 4-4-2 will be staying when we play at home. Got to laugh at Wet Spam selling us James Collins for only £5 million... but all credit goes to MON getting this guy because I can honestly say I never took too much notice of him when he played for West Ham.
  21. Really? That's interesting - I would of thought American police would be really strict about that but obviously not which seems cool.
  22. lol, what a bunch of deluded half-wits. Why would any 'world class' player want to join Small "We've never won anything" Heath? They really are clueless and beyond belief. Also, what's this 'Vile' and 'Viler' phrase the knuckle draggers keep using? It's grammatically incorrect, but I wouldn't expect them to realise that because they're so brain-dead.
  23. Yeah, I would of thought so. It's hilarious in that last video when the guy unscrews the fire hydrant and lets blasts of water coming out all onto the street lol.
  24. Do the Italian-Americans support Italy or America?
