  1. I wish we'd brought in Dann in January as we needed another CB who can actually defend.
  2. We really need to take control of the situation and aim for at least 3 points from our next 3 games. Anything less and it could be a bit dicey come the Spurs game. Can still see Sunderland, Cardiff and Norwich going down but don't want to be involved in a relegation battle on the last day of the season.
  3. Any chance this could have a positive impact on how we play?
  4. This would be true if it didn't involve a football club.
  5. Sods law is that we will go down now and we will be stuck with Lerner.
  6. Question is would there still be new investors/owners if we went down? Let's hope so.
  7. Sadly i couldn't care less now. Thanks Randy.
  8. Just not another Scotsman. Unless it's SAF. Nothing against Scottish people, just mumbling clueless ones who we seem to have had the last two times. We need to find the someone like Pochettino.
  9. I really don't see where our next, and IMO required, win is coming from. I'm kinda in the mindframe of wanting him gone now for a potential boost as things cannot get much worse.
  10. Oooh. Palace win 1-0 at home. I did not see that coming. Hopefully people won't defend Lambert by arguing that we equalled Chlesea's result.
  11. We felt the same about Kevin Macdonald. You just don't know how the players and new manager will react to the pressure. One thing is for sure though, you had less of a chance under Hughton.
  12. Spurs need as many chances to score as we do.
  13. At least there's still a long way to go in this game.
  14. Spurs are just like their fans. Full of people who think they are better than they actually are.
  15. Not me. Wages would probably be too high.
  16. Why? 1) He'd be cheap. 2) He comes across as very professional. 3) He'd be cheap.
  17. Although it's very late to be changing manager Norwich are in a no lose situation in terms of the media's opinion of the decision. If they stay up it will be viewed as the right thing to do, and if they go down it will be because they have lost the games most people expect them tk lose anyway. Saying that, you only have to look at the Kevin Macdonald "era" of a few games to see how risky appointing a successful youth coach/manager can be.
  18. You say it like its a definite that they'll get such a boost. Fulham will be in high spirits after beating us, they'll go to Norwich looking for nothing less than 3 points. They won't even need to go to Norwich. The match is at Craven Cottage and I fully expect Fulham to win. Saying that I also expect Norwich to grind out a 1-0 win in one of their remaining games. The last 4 years has made me so pessimistic. :-(
