How the **** can you have too much experience? Isnt experience a good thing? :? Ive never understood how someone can have too much experience or be over qualified? By the way, that is shite mate. Do you still have your old job? Employers are worried by people who have "too much experience" because they are worried the new employee will quickly get board and start looking for other jobs better suiting their level of experience (and pay). Yeah I get that. Plus they worry that you might be a threat to their position.

I got the feeling that the guy interviewing me felt a bit threatened cause he struggled with some of the questions I asked him about the business.

Being turned down for a job because they think you have too much experience for the position. This after 2 interviews and giving a presentation to them. Couldn't they have deduced that from the first interview and not wasted my time.

Watching the opening ceremony for the Ryder cup at the moment. Ok I understand the Welsh national anthem being sung but **** me they seem to be dragging the whole thing out. Catherine Jenkins singing has **** all to do with the Ryder cup. Speaches by anyone who ever held a golf club and some that haven't. Just tell em it's war until Sunday afternoon and be done with it.

Well it's my 4th anniversary on 06/10 but if I can have it sorted like the above after 26 years I will be a happy guy. It's a give and take thing, simple as that I suppose. Edit... (What would happen if she wanted to go down to small heath and take you for dinner at the weekend though :winkold: ) If she'd supported SHA it wouldn't have lasted 26 seconds. :winkold:
