On Frey, the club have said they've no intention of selling and his agent has said he's happy at the Artemio Franchi. As I've said before though, if he does move I'll stake my ever-waning reputation it'll be to a bigger team than us. -
I think I'm gonna be sick, those checks are awful. If it was solid blue, it'd be really nice. The trim on the cuff is hideous too. I actually don't mind the claret v-neck collar, or sponsor logo. Meh, I hold out hope for the away kit!

Maduro's deployed (when he gets a game, that is) in defence by Valencia, but he hasn't really been able to force his way into the team ahead of Dealbert, Alexis, Marchena or Mathieu. Take from that what you will, I'd say we could (and should) set our sights a little higher. -
Do you mean Hamit? Halil's the one who's found his level at a distinctly average Eintracht Frankfurt side (though I'd happily take Patrick Ochs off their hands as a back-up RB). To be honest, I'm not even sure I'd want Hamit either. Would happily have N'Zogbia or Bentley from that list ahead of him, at the very least.

I genuinely do. I think he'd could do a job at Blackburn, Fulham, Birmingham (whom he rejected the chance to sign for, sensible lad ), Stoke, Bolton or Sunderland. As for the likes of ourselves or Everton, he'd have to be content to warm the bench at best.

average at best I repeat... pull the other one. I'll give you that he's by no means spectacular, but he's solid. He's certainly good enough for someone a few rungs up the ladder than Blackpool for ****'s sake. An ambitious mid-table Prem side would suit.

Agreed, Berg's been found out at Hamburg. I suppose if it was just a loan with little risk attached we could see how things worked out, but I seriously doubt he'd be anywhere near good enough for the Premiership. A cheeky bid for Mladen Petrić however, I could really get on board with. EDIT: And Trochowski whilst we're at it. Would love the pair of 'em. If Milner does go and we get £25m+, that's where I want it to be spent. -
