    He's trying to get the ball so we can get the ball as a team and just start passing it more.....nothing wrong with that, unless you think the 25 minutes before he started dropping deeper was any good? I said all the time, he's never out wide. I know everyone is moaning about Downing, but I've been positive about him so far. I just look at Albrighton and he's constantly dragging defenders wide, creating space, it is good that Downing is dropping deeper at times but he also needs to hug the touchline rather then running into crowded areas. Variety is the key.

    We've settled down now, and doing well. Downing needs to stay wider though rather then cut inside all the time.

    To be fair he was brilliant in the Championship, I can't deny he is being overhyped though.

    I have to disagree over Johnson, excellent defender, it was no surprise he made the step up from Cardiff. He was easily the best CB in the Championship at the time. I think Dann benefits being alongside him though. Agree about the fullbacks and I can't rate Foster right now, he was brilliant at Watford, but he hasn't played much since. He seems to have started well for them though unfortunately.

    I think we'll lose. They've lost their first three, they're usually excellent at home despite a recent bad run and seem to cause us trouble every time we play them. Their crowd will be up for it, and so will their players so we're gonna have to be on the top of our game. I hate playing Stoke.

    You don't have to be positive. But posting lies about what GH said in his press conference isn't helpful to the debate. lol When the video is up I'll let you apologize in your own time. After the question is asked the first word out if his mouth is 'non' which I assume is French for no. If he said that we'll definitely not be buying any players in January then of course I will apologise. That's not what I heard him say though. You heard right, can't see how Justified is so confident in himself, he is totally wrong.

    Unless he has some kind of teleportation device he can't get to Stoke in time. He has a meeting for the FFF which he HAS to do as part of his contract, which is still running.

    how can tieing up loose ends take that long - what on earth does he have to do? On Monday he HAS to attend a meeting with the 20 Ligue 1 club managers etc... as part of his contract. This meaning he won't be able to get to Stoke in time even in a private jet. He then has a few other things to do for them to successfully end his contract and he will be at Bolton, but most probably in the stands. Basically the French FA want him to do a few things before they let him become our manager officially.
