If Duran were a young striker with potential in the championship, then he'd typically go for about £15-20m. To do what he has in the Prem (limited i know), means he's going for a minimum of £30m imo. Add in its to a rival, then I'd be disappointed if it were for anything less than £40m Dream scenario for me is that we exchange him for Colwill. Not sure Gallagher is who we need so don't see the Ebenezer from that suggested swap

Supports Chelsea more than Duran does and the fans would kick off so I don't see him leaving If they need money for FFP then I'd be all over Colwill as a CB / LB option

Given Brady lost a chunk of money (he's still minted though) from investing in a cryto ocmpany that went bust (FTX i think), he's unlikely to be stumping up too much cash for a sport/city/country he knows little about.

They want to offload some of the higher earners who don't start like Marcos Alonso, Ferran Torres (who was mentioned above), Sergi Roberto etc. but they also need to generate funds so can see a Raphinha or Kounde get sold. With how Monchi operates, I think he might be more inclined to go for a Fermin Lopez type (early 20s, talented, not playing regularly)

That's the thing, we need to reduce our wage bill somewhat and if we are to sign some more established stars (who command £100k+ wages) then we need to offset that by utilising the cheaper youth players to fill some of our backup spots where possible/capable e.g. Digne has been great for us but is on £125-150k a week so if any of the above allow us to have a backup to Moreno on for 10-25% of his cost, then we should be all over that.

Problem child or not, he is still a young lad who left Colombia at 17 to go to 2 big countries, which each then offered him a lot of money and lots of spare time when not playing. As someone else said, for Villa it's win-win. If it's a storm in a tea cup then great we have a talented player in our squad who can develop over time.
