What we need is someone who has modern philosophies, high intensity, keeps great morale, disciplined and has great character/ personality, who can adapt tremendously to each game, Thomas Frank has these attributes he reminds me of a jurgen klopp, these are the type of managers we need to emulate so finding those that are similar will help us greatly, diego martinez and eddie howe may also fit into that profile. Graham potter wouldn’t leave so no point in suggesting him. What we dont want is a 60 yr old who has been at more clubs than jack nicklaus regardless of what they achieved ie the ancelottis ... i want the younger mid 40’s obsessed with tactics and hungry to achieve great things type of manager.

You make a good point i agree However I Want Spaniard Diego Martinez Ex Granada Manager To Take Control, He Fits the bill everything needed in modern football and brings a unmatched philosophy , he would certainly do well have a look at his profile and mentality, he is my top pick out of the bunch

Mate it was simply the best ever .. my emotions were running high ... not sure if sitting with the united fans made it better as i looked to my right and seen all the villa boys making noise it was truly emotional words can’t explain... couldn’t wait to get out there and celebrate with the lads... beating them with ronaldo pogba fernandes and co was just something out of my dreams .... love to see the players celebrate intensely so wasnt happy with watkins lack of excitement when we scored.
