Mateeeeeeee i tell ya this is the one fixture i look for because im dying to finally beat them.. but every season its the same bloody script it just cannot change and now they have Cristiano it just makes that wish a lot harder to come through now.

Boboucar Kamara would definitely settle a few nerves for us, i no longer want Mckennie i changed my mind on him , hes not what we need. But if theres someone else out there we could get than even better. You have one hour to surprise us and the right player signed can secure us a top half finish

We need a high quality CM maybe tallish and silky on the ball dominating and can control the game... spend 30/40 million who cares it’s required and can change our season hugely .. difference between finishing 10th or 7th ... it would give us all great confidence in the team and strength

14th-11th is very non ambitious and would not show any progress, our owners have done exceptional and they will be demanding a stronger finish than 14th-11th it will be more 7th-10th that will be the acceptable finish and should be the aim.

I actually dream about it .. its beyond sad we could be 4-0 against them and they would still come back and win... it’s almost scripted thats how many times it’s happened ...bloody red devils Van Nistelrooy , hernandez, Macheda the list could go on

Not a fan of the curtis jones links and would be utterly disappointed if it were true but we need a CM for me to be comfortable continuing the season if im honest

Houseem Aouar (CM) from Lyon thats who i want us to sign, jump ahead of spurs and grab him , slap him in the middle of the pitch and watch us ooze quality, him bailey and buendia will be frightening. We would certainly be finishing top 8 if we made that happen

It seems our expectations have now lowered and slightly failed optimism... we as a club were aiming for top 6-8 but now were happy to end the season in 10th place more or less which would be a huge disappointment considering the position we are in due to better recruitment and able to bring in players when many other clubs cant spend and the money we received for Jack, we still have time to invest this money well and give us hope of finishing higher... id probably say based on the current squad we cant finish higher than 8th..but the squad is very imbalanced due to injuries and etc

I think it says alot that El-Ghazi was our supporters man of the match and yet none of us want him to start for us EVER ! .. now thats concerning because hes meant to be our worst yet he was our best ... i like el-ghazi though however not enough for him to keep starting as we are trying to get to that next level now ... we need a CM desperately and im starting to think that Weston Mckennie isn’t the player we need and i dont think he will make as much difference i was all for it before ... wish i could find a 24 year old Yaya Toure somewhere and throw him in our squad .

The ref was as shocking at these ratings young not good enough at this level are you having a laugh mate ??? Targett dangerous going forward targett played well but thats over the top and then saying chukwuemeka is overawed and rating him a 5 is pathetic

I think its funny how el-ghazi has been rated by many as our best player today and the majority were infuriated with him starting today personally i chose Buendia his movement and passing today was outstanding, and where on earth was ashley young playing today he was everywhere but mainly centre midfield , none of us expected him to play there and hes got so much energy and stamina for his age. We really needed 3 points from that match as our next 3 or 4 games are very tough, my hope was to finally beat man united but now they have Ronaldo that is looking more or less impossible now id do almost anything to see us beat them , id even trade 2 or 3 wins against the blues just hate how we can never beat them it really frustrates me honestly

Well everyone wanted Buendia as RW right midfield etc after the watford game and he was moved there for the game against Newcastle and lets be honest he was non existent and didnt do anything more there and didnt take on any of the defenders, he would be wasted there IF he does not bring that pace and speed in that area whereas Bailey would be causing destruction. Time is the essence so he will need to impress sooner or later because we need all areas to be utilised greatly, bidace has to be given a start soon as LW, he needs to be more clinical in the final third however and make better decisions but he causes tremendous problems for the opposition and will certainly be more of a dynamic nuisance than El-Ghazi

I think this is a great example and a blueprint that actually worked and paid off, will make many of us look at losing Grealish a lot different and lets face it Bale was ten times more effective and dangerous before he left spurs so if we can follow that model then that can be us hopefully I was keen on a miracle signing of Mckennie but now im not so sure if hes that piece of the puzzle that’s missing, im confused as to whether Luiz stays there or if hes better more forward up the field i cant quite work it out, but Mckennie would be able to play both Mcginn and Luiz’s role thats for certain after checking his history.

Weston Mckennie fingers crossed he may well be the icing on the cake ... are we able to pull it off we’ll see many reports but as we all know 9/10 they come to nothing and bear no fruit

Nobody voted for Buendia as MOTM not one person lool , for me it was Mings by a landslide but some have chosen Ramsey, i felt Ramsey controlled the ball well when in possession but didn’t have many impactful moments in the game to warrant MOTM. Mings was working tirelessly and really stood out

I had a dream last night Mings scored a weird long range goal like it sort of lobbed the keeper and our second goal was from callum O’Hare who was slipped in and scored with a nice tidy finish this was all before half time we were 2-0 up and i was on the bench very weird dream , i only dream about matches against man united tbf so that was strange, but why is Philogene-Bidace not in that starting eleven jesus christ ! ... DS i have the most utmost respect for you but come on this is ridiculous... our midfield looks terrible but you never know

I dont think he has a choice tbh , we dont have anybody else unless its Young and Bidace , potentially maybe Young and El-Ghazi but id like to see bidace given a chance, unless we play a different system which I highly doubt.

Problem with this is Bailey is marvellous (no pun intended) with his left foot so playing as RW is perfect for him, as a LW that cutting in to shoot becomes much more difficult, yes Buendia needs to play that Barkley role and toughen up abit more. Would then like a Auoar type player to challenge Mcginn.

Houssem Aouar oh yes pleaseeeee , that would be a absolute fantastic signing and would certainly change the whole dynamics of our midfield play.

Yeah we dont have the luxury to loan him out and i think and you can quote me later down the line he will be a revelation for us this season once he is given hes fair share of minutes, just my point was if your at a certain standard you dont need to be loaned out and can be mixed in slowly with the team

Crazy just think all the players that are second choice especially midfield and attack would be starting for us guaranteed

Bloody hell and we think WE’VE got too many players to choose from just look at this ffs Incredible amount of options, I wouldn’t want this problem as it causes unrest anyway within the squad, midfield especially they got three options for each spot whereas we have our players used in a more versatile way
