  1. That was over 2 years ago. Everyone dislikes McLeish for doing shit. Suddenly he picks up a rare scrappy league win and people with low ambition are shocked by an alien result. Now people dislike him again. That's things changing very quickly. Why should people have big ambition's though? We are not a top 6 club anymore. The days of teams like Man united and Chelsea fearing us because we could easily beat them on our day are gone. Those people getting happy over a scrappy win know every win is important right now. We've been in the league since it's birth. Why should we be thankful of survival? That means nothing right now. Do you think if we got relegated people will feel sorry for us because we have been here forever? Some people are just thinking realistically. Relegation is a possibility now. Those thinking we have any right to be in the top 10 are very hopeful. I've come to the reality that we are no longer the same side under Martin O'neill and are miles from it. We're still a capable top 10 outfit. You don't have players like Given, Bent, Gabby etc and think relegation is a possiblity. But McLeish has made that happen because he has no place in the Premier League and it showed again today.. Agreed. A decent manager would have us easily in right part of the table and not in the dunces half. 6 wins in 24 games is embarrasingly bad. I know Lerner and co. has succesfully managed to regress some fans expectations to very low levels but any sensible person can see this is shit and unacceptable for Aston Villa as a club.
  2. I would take Steve Bruce over McLeish. McLeish is a poor mans Gary Megson.
  3. Even this shockingly shit manager who loves relegation wont manage to relegate us. He'll just regress us and we will be in the dunces half of the table.
  4. Unfortunately i think we all know we are utterly stuck with McLeish. Just have to hope he doesn't do irreversible damage within the 3 years. He should tho be nowhere near a Premiership side - terrible manager and unforgiveable appointment from our idiotic board.
  5. Was exactly like what he tried to do at Birmingham last season.
  6. Agreed. Its like someone trying to argue day is night. When someone is so obviously shit and continues to make shit decisions to have some morons still trying to play devils advocate for an utter shit manager its disturbing. 6 wins in 24 games is an utter joke. To try and defend his shit subs today is an utter joke. Shows how either demented some fans are or how this curmudgeon manager and crap baord has succesfully lowered expectations to a ridiculous and unrecognisable level.
  7. We did play crap in the second half. It was very much CRAP. And thanks to McLeishs masterclass in shit subs . Truly awful manager and the damage the idiot could do to us in a 3 year period is a disturbing thought.
  8. The quicker this clown is sacked the better. 6 wins in 24 games **** joke.
  9. 6 wins in 24 games        For that alone this clown needs sacked. Unbelievable that some supporteres play devils advocate to this utter shit manager. His subs today were an utter joke and killed the game.
  10. How can anyone defend that utter rubbish management?? McLeish backers are demented
  11. The quicker this crap experiment in hiring this utter rubbish McLeish ends the better. Stupid substitutions again ruined a game - 6 wins in 24 games is disgraceful , diabolical and should be sacked for this laughable stat alone.
  12. Agreed. Its about time ppl wake up and realise how detrimental to our club McLeish is. Looking like 6 wins in 24 games now !
  13. Awful manager. Should be nowhere near a Premier league side.
  14. Thought wed be fired up for second half then remembered we have McLeish as manager. Shit half so far
  15. I pray we can keep him! Hes already said he has no intention of leaving LA.
  16. If you are going to bother with international football per say. Well then rightly or wrongly it should probably have a manager from that nation. Nevermind England - Importing foreign managers at international level is actually detrimental to lot of developing football nations. Did Ivory Coast for example REALLY need to sack their own manager who'd done the hard work in qualifying for the world cup in 2010 just to blow a load on Sven for a few weeks ??? No. Is it right that whatever nation has more buck can call up Gus Hiddinck whenever ? In terms of international football as a sport - think the answer is pretty much no.
  17. If you are embarrassed by how another club is performing i suggest that you seek help. I suggest you re-read what i typed.
  18. Its embarrasing tho isn't it? McLeishs record is shockingly bad.
